We are located in the beautiful fishing village of Elounda, Crete, right on the seafront. Established in 1984, the Lotus Eaters Restaurant has an elevated terrace overlooking the bay of Elounda, giving fantastic views. We have comfortable seating at our restaurant and offer good food in a relaxed atmosphere. In 2006 we bought the Lotus Eaters restaurant, its location being one of the main factors. The views extend right round the bay taking in Spinalonga in the west to the disused salt pans in the east. The atmosphere is an oasis of calm and, we hope, a treat for all the senses. We aim to match the fantastic views with our food. Our dishes are prepared with special care and we take pride in selecting quality ingredients. Our service is friendly and professional, offering you the well deserved break you need from a busy life.
Our menu at the Lotus Eaters Restaurant is mainly Greek with an international touch. We offer mezes, fresh fish, a wide variety of salads and many Greek main dishes. As well as Greek specialities,we have a select number of international dishes for diners who just want to enjoy good food in a nice setting.Our steamed bass and Moroccan lamb are favourites with many of our guests.

The Lotus Eaters Restaurant Menu
The Lotus Eaters Restaurant in Elounda, Crete is located approximately 250 m east of the main square along the seafront. It can also be accessed down steps signposted from the high street or from the west along the seafront walking into the village.
Elounda is one of the best known holiday resorts on the Island of Crete and is a great favourite of the traveller. Nevertheless, Elounda has never lost its fishing village charm and is through most of the year still a fishing village. With an amazing coastline and beautiful mountains this is a wonderful place to spend relaxing and taking in the wonderful views.
